Where is Spring?

I guess we have about another three weeks of this cold................ here are some Spring-ish images that may mitigate

I love a White Christmas. That was six weeks ago, though. Enough with the snow already. Let me get the glam going and post some of my favorite winter beauty/fashion images. Nice visual escape....

Silver Model Cindy Joseph

      I met Cindy Joseph in 2012 or 2013. We were filming a commercial for a Christian Dior Men's Cologne. I was merely a background player, Joseph was the "older" female lead, the younger female lead was Camille Rowe, and the male lead was the famous vampire, Robert Pattinson. Desipte all the young glamour on set, all eyes were on Cindy Joseph. So gorgeous-- so incredibly gorgeous and with a presence so hot, yet silent, that it could light fires with a blink. I had no idea she was a famous model (geez i had no idea who Pattinson was- I'm clueless half the time). But because most of could not stop looking at her, after it was over, I had to go up to her and tell her how beautiful she was. I will attach pictures of this gorgeous gray haired beauty.

The gray hair situation

OK-- Sooo...my hair has been dyed grey for three months now. the upkeep on this is brutal. the grey washes out leaving me with Jean Harlow colored hair and i constantly have to put ROUX steel grey rinse in it. Other than that, it's all fine. Here are the results of my shoot one month ago:

Baby Boomer Models Part One

     My head is pounding. It is raining, and I'm waiting to hear if I'm shooting in the rain on the beach on this Dec. 23rd...my guess is no, but if so i have to get my self and my tote to Greenwich Village by 10.30. There was a time when i thought something like this sounded 'glam' and 'fun' sometime before menopause. You see there are a cadre of baby boomer models out there, some of them so awesome your head would spin. I am devoting this blog post to them...and the ones who inspire me most. She was born in 1955. She is perhaps most inspiring to me because she is also an artist. You can read all about her on her site, but i will post some photos of her now.

Aws for me we DID shoot, finally, in the freezing cold on the beach on Dec. 26. I will post from that shoot soon....

Solstice

Ahhh first day of winter!! Almost Christmas...I have a shoot on Monday, for my portfolio. I am very lucky to have an agent who bends over backwards for me. she had my hair dyed silvery-grey, as i have previously posted, and it has taken weeks to get a shoot scheduled. Anyway, back to posting images of winter and holidays....
